Not automatically. Event permissions, vendor arrangements and any meeting requirements must be reviewed and confirmed in advance.
Can we add golf and outdoor activities?
Ask about golf arrangements and which recreational activities are currently available. Equipment, guides, transport and access are not assumed to be included.
